  6. Deluxe HiighLow is a simple game of chance. You are given a playing board on
  7. which is shown playing cards. The object is to bet a Dollar Amount, Half of
  8. your winnings or All of your winnings that the next card turned over will
  9. be either Higher or Lower than the current card shown.
  10.  
  11.      On the last card you MUST be at least half of your current winnings!
  12.  
  13. The only catch to the game is that there is one Joker! If this Joker comes up
  14. you lose all of your winnings and must start over. There is one joker per deck.
  15.  
  16. You also have one chance per row to change a card. Lets say you draw a 6 of
  17. Clubs and you are uncertain on how to bet, you may choose to pick another card.
  18. Remember you are allowed to do this only once per row.

  26. At the main menu you have a choice to review the Top Winners, Big Losers or
  27. Play the game. Your Sysop controls the number of times you are allowed to play
  28. per day and the amount of money you are allowed to start with.
